Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons, sale events, festive periods, or holidays.
  • You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.

Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship Pan-India (Terms & Conditions apply).
  • Certain remote or restricted pin codes may have limited service availability due to courier partner restrictions.
  • Please verify your pin code serviceability during checkout.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable on orders below ₹999.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible orders based on pin code serviceability.
  • COD may not be available during specific promotional campaigns or in certain locations.
  • Additional COD handling charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Dispatch & Courier Partners

  • Orders are fulfilled from our strategically located warehouse facilities to ensure faster processing and delivery.
  • We partner with trusted and reliable courier services to guarantee safe and timely delivery of your orders.
  • Multiple courier partners may be used based on location and availability.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Deliveries may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

    • National or regional holidays
    • Courier partner constraints
  • In such cases, our customer care team will proactively keep you informed and work to minimize any inconvenience.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order status in real-time through the courier partner's website or app.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
  • Sottura is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible and could result in return to origin.
