  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999; orders below ₹999 incur a shipping fee of ₹100.

Delivery Responsibilities

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
  • Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address.

Delays

Returns and Exchanges

No Returns Policy

  • Due to the intimate nature of our Products, which are worn close to the skin, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Photographic evidence of the defect must be provided.

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects include:

Non-Exchangeable Situations

Refunds
